In the previous chapter of this book it was showed the importance of building a social media presence. These next two chapters will show how to use social media to your advantage. We are currently allowing social media as our very own free marketing tool. Effectively using these marketing tools is the next step to generating an online income stream. What we are looking for now is the wow factor. What will make everyone who enjoys watching me say wow? This is not always a simple question with a simple answer. This chapter and the next will walk you through how to use some free tools that will help you market yourself to others.

Design is a great place for focus. A design is based on how things should look and feel. This a awesome method of setting both the tone and mode for your audience. You want to remember that everyone in your audience is a potential buyer of what you are offering to sell. So what is your design?

These profiles are created by paid professionals, but with the right tools (free tools) your social platform profiles will look just as professional. Done right here is where the majority of your work will consist. The majority of the work will be in creating marketing campaigns tailored to your audience.

I even used this tool to make the cover of this book. The name of this tool is Canva.com. Canva.com is a free website that allows users to make excellent graphical designs. The sign up is simple. Users can sign up by email, Facebook, or Google+. Once a member you will see why the site is so powerful. It is the wide range of templates that make this free too so useful. There are templates for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Kindle book covers, traditional book covers, and the list can continue. Use this tool and all tour graphic design needs will be covered.

Your are now fully prepared to match your audience’s eagerness for your services. Do not hesitate to be greasy. There should be no way you will blow your marketing budget at this point. It will cost some labor hours at first. At this expense it will be well worth the wait once you have perfected the themes of each campaign you will be running. The idea is to capture the full attention of everyone who will come across your material. Awesome material will reap the benefits of word of mouth. Think of your favorite magazine ad.
